Introduction: Strength for This Day
The title of this book is intentionally modest. It does not promise strength for every possible future at once. Jesus taught His disciples to ask for daily bread. Scripture repeatedly describes grace as something received in real time: strength for weakness, wisdom for decisions, mercy new in the morning, light for the next step. That is important because fear often demands tomorrow’s strength today. Grief asks how you will survive every anniversary before you have survived this hour. Change asks you to master a future you have not yet entered. God usually meets those demands differently. He gives enough light to walk, enough grace to obey, enough people to help carry what should not be carried alone. Through these 100 days, you will practice a different question. Not, “How will I handle everything?” but, “What is the faithful way to meet God and live this day?” That question is smaller, truer, and often where strength begins.
